But adding images one by one to your digital planner can be extremely tedious. If you are new to using Digital Stickers in your planner then you may be using the ‘image tool’ to add stickers to your Digital Planner. Not only is it great for the environment but it can also save you lots of money ( I used to spend so much money on stationery with paper planners!) One of the best things about digital planners is how you can reuse stickers and create your own sticker books from your favorite designs. I haven’t done this yet as it would take a while to setup and by the time you go back and forth between notebooks on Goodnotes, I think it’s just as quick to find the sticker from an album in my photo files.Do you have a set of digital stickers for GoodNotes but no idea how to insert them quickly into your Digital Planner? Keep reading to learn the easiest way to add digital stickers to GoodNotes. You could create a digital sticker book in Goodnotes whereby you follow the steps in this tutorial for each sticker and add them to a separate notebook in Goodnotes that is only for stickers. I also like to keep them all arranged in folders on my device by type of sticker, but you could organize by color as well. It’s much quicker, you don’t need to waste time cropping (as they’re already cropped). This is my preferred method for using digital planner stickers. To resize stickers, tap and hold the bottom right corner (the blue circle with the arrow going up and down) and drag inwards to reduce the image size. If you purchase one of my stickers I make sure the image is big enough that you can scale it up or down without loss of image quality. ![]() Tap on the sticker you want and it’ll appear on your page in Goodnotes. It will bring up this pop-up menu where you can choose the sticker file from your recent images or a folder. Step 2 – Unzip file foldersīecause there is an individual PNG for each sticker it means there’s a lot of files so they’ll be in a zipped file folder. Step 1 – Download the filesĭownload straight from your device, or download on your computer, email the files to yourself and open the email on your device and download. With individual PNG files, you don’t need to worry about cropping stickers from sticker sheets, you can just save the images in a folder on your devices’ camera roll and add them via the image button. So if you purchased the urgent sticker from my spread below, it comes in 10 colors and each color would be a separate file. and you’ll only see the sticker design (unlike JPG which has a white background behind the sticker). You can place it anywhere you like – on a white background, colored background, dot grid paper etc. What does this mean?
